Chris Siu

Chris Siu currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Aehr Test Systems, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Chris held various senior financial roles at Ultra Clean Technology, including SVP Finance and Corporate Treasurer, and SVP Chief Accounting Officer, from May 2019 to May 2023. Experience also includes Vice President of Finance at PDF Solutions and multiple leadership positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from 2010 to 2018, as well as roles at Trident Microsystems, Varian Medical Systems, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and Ernst & Young LLP. Chris holds an M.B.A. in Finance and General Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
