Jeff Doss

Jeff Doss is a Senior Business Development Manager at AEI Consultants, with over 25 years of experience in the due diligence industry. Doss has managed thousands of environmental and engineering site assessments for properties across the continental United States and internationally. Previous roles include co-founding DECA Real Estate Advisors, LLC, serving as the Principal from 2007 to 2017, and holding various senior positions at VCI, Certified Environments, AquaTerra Assessment Services Corporation, and Hahn and Associates Environmental Management. Doss holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and dual degrees in Earth Science and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
