As part of the leadership team for AEI’s Site Mitigation – Central Region, Patricia is responsible for oversight and development of site investigation, remediation and mitigation practices for SM Central Region team at AEI. Ms. Feeley joined AEI in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience conducting, evaluating, and reviewing site contamination for large and small properties across the country. She holds a Master’s degree in Earth Science and has conducted Environmental Site Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Actions, Risk Evaluations, Long Term Monitoring, and Closure Negotiations for public and private clients on properties throughout the country.
The Site Mitigation team looks to Patricia for technical experience and leadership in evaluation and remediation of contaminants in soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion. Ms. Feeley stays current on regulatory trends, new remedial technologies, and new investigative techniques with potential for efficiencies and cost savings. The Site Mitigation team is goal-oriented, focusing on identifying contaminant issues, evaluating risk, presenting resolutions, and moving clients towards closure of environmental issues. Ms. Feeley’s years of experience moving projects from contaminant notification through agency program closure in various states will be an asset to the Site Mitigation team and the clients served by AEI. Her experience includes environmental due diligence, environmental assessment in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), building assessment for asbestos, lead based paint, and radon, as well as remedial and mitigation actions for soil, soil vapor, and groundwater contaminants.
