Rachel Yockey

As Director of Culture and Engagement, Rachel works closely with AEI’s CEO and leadership team in AEI’s commitment to building an inclusive and thriving culture. Rachel leads AEI’s annual Culture Project, the DEI Advisory Council, and assists with culture implementation and career path guidance. Rachel has been a member of the AEI family since 2010, when she joined as a Due Diligence Project Manager. Rachel has also continues to serve as the Regional Director for Texas and a National Client Manager. Rachel is an active member of CREW Dallas, named CREW Dallas’ Rising Star in Commercial Real Estate (2019), and serves as a trustee on the CREW in the Community Board of Directors (2020-2022).
