Rummy Sandhu

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Rummy oversees all aspects of AEI’s operational priorities, ensuring they are aligned with AEI’s business objectives. She provides strategic leadership by assessing current procedures and developing new and innovative solutions to optimize workflow and other critical processes. She is also responsible for vendor and contract management. Since joining AEI in 2008, Rummy has been involved in streamlining and centralizing various AEI departments and procedures along with the development of AEI’s Associate Consultant Program. Rummy’s prior experience includes managing operations and workflow for a multi-national real estate due diligence firm where she was involved in integrating operational objectives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). She has also played a key role in several merger and acquisition integrations. Rummy holds a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration.
