Junyu Zhang

Junyu Zhang has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Junyu started their career as an Anchor and Journalist at 山东广播电视台, where they scripted the daily news and worked with a team to meet deadlines. Junyu then transitioned to a role as a Market Researcher at Bain & Company, conducting research on the Asian calibration services market and interviewing senior-level executives in various industries. Afterwards, Junyu worked as a Sales Business Development professional at YoungKey Education Consultant Company, where they built and maintained business relationships with clients and organized career talks and fairs.

Junyu then joined Meltwater as a Media Analyst, engaging with clients and delivering analytical reports and insights. Junyu later worked at WeWork as a Global Member Support Specialist, resolving issues involving digital systems and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers. Junyu also gained experience in project management as a Human Resources Account Manager at BGRS, where they managed relocation services for customers and maintained client relationships.

In 2021, Junyu pursued an International MBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management. During this time, they also worked on a project at Alibaba.com, conducting market analysis and proposing strategies to onboard new sellers. After completing their MBA, Junyu worked as an Executive Management Assistant at NovaPulse.

Currently, Junyu is a Customer Success Representative at AELER Technologies SA, where they focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Junyu Zhang completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global and Sustainable Management from POLIMI Graduate School of Management, starting in 2021 and finishing in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Heriot-Watt University from 2016 to 2017. In 2012, Junyu Zhang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Announcing and Anchoring Art from Zhejiang University of Media and Communications. Additionally, they acquired certifications in IELTS Band8 from the British Council in November 2019 and as a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) - 7 from the Chinese Musicians' Association in July 2010.
