Han Leong

Han Leong has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Han served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AEM from 2020, and previously held the CFO position at Hong Leong Asia Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. At Rotary Engineering, Han worked as the CFO from 2015 to 2018, where they led the de-listing of the company from the Singapore Stock Exchange. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls from 2010 to 2014 as the Director of Structured Finance, Asia Pacific, where they were responsible for deal structuring and business development. Before that, Han held multiple finance positions at Philips from 2000 to 2010, including Finance Director for the Global Upstream division and Finance Director for Downstream Greater China.

Han began their career as a Financial Advisor at ExxonMobil Asia Pacific in 1993, where they were involved in JV negotiations and post-deal merger activities.

Han Leong has a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Han is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
