Rick Busch has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Rick currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AEM, Inc., where they design and produces mission-critical, passive circuit protection components. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Rick worked as an Operating Consultant at Industrial Growth Partners, providing transition leadership for portfolio companies and due diligence expertise. From 2015 to 2018, Rick was the CEO of FMH Corporation, a private equity owned manufacturer in the Space and Aerospace markets. Rick also served as the Chief Operations Officer of Motorsport Aftermarket Group, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, leading a portfolio of 8 companies and preparing businesses for sale. Before that, Rick held various executive positions at Eaton Corporation, including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Vice President & General Manager of the Aerospace Group. Rick also worked as the General Manager of the Aerospace Fluid Power Division. In addition, Rick served as the Vice President & General Manager of Large Power Transformers at SPX Corporation and the Plant Operations Manager for Large Tractors at CNH. Rick'searly career includes a role as Plant Manager at GE Motors.
Rick Busch earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Operations from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Rick completed their MBA from 1997 to 1998. Prior to this, Busch obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Rick attended the University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Busch obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE in June 1995.
