Luca Haidari

Luca Haidari is the Head of Group Strategy at Aéma Groupe, where he has been an ExCo Member since January 2021. He also serves as a Board Member in several companies such as Ofi Invest, Groupe P&V, Socram Banque, Abeille Assurances, and Groupe IMA. Prior to his current roles, he worked as the Strategy & Alliances Director at MACIF from February 2018 to January 2021, and as a Senior Manager at Kearney from January 2011 to January 2018. He holds a Master of Science in General Engineering from CentraleSupélec, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, and a Bachelor in Applied Economics GEDESS from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. His diverse background includes experience in strategic planning, M&A strategy, and advanced CFD simulations for hybrid rocket propulsion systems.
