Amit Sain

Amit Sain has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and engineering. Amit is currently working as a Product Architect at Aeolus Robotics, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Design Engineer at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia from August 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they worked as a Lead Design Engineer (Mechanical/Robotics) at InnoTecUK from November 2017 to July 2019. Amit also has experience at The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd, where they worked as a Research Engineer (Defence Robotics) from December 2014 to November 2017, and as a Design Engineer (Defence Robotics) from October 2013 to December 2014, focusing on the design and development of collaborative robotic arm, E.O.D. robots, and C4 systems.

Amit Sain completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Design Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2016 to 2018. Amit obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management from 2009 to 2013. Before that, they completed their senior secondary school education in the science stream from S.B.V. ASHOK NAGAR from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Amit Sain also has additional certifications such as a summer internship in Automobile maintenance from APRA MOTORS (MARUTI SUZUKI), Gurgaon in 2012, a workshop on robotics certified by IIT Bombay in 2010, and training in Autocad from DICT, Tilak Nagar. Amit also served as a coordinator in various workshops and techfests organized by N.I.E.C., ROBOGYAN, and Dynamic Professional, focusing on subjects such as power saver circuit, Arduino, PCB designing, and design development and simulation of formula SAE vehicles.
