Noor Faradila Mad Dalan

Noor Faradila Mad Dalan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Process at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad since January 2020, where responsibilities include establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Previously, Noor held the position of Senior Executive at Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd from March 2011 to November 2019, focusing on special projects such as the paperless initiative for the Board and Internal Committee using Diligent.
