Allison Hulme

Allison Hulme has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Allison is currently the CEO of Aeovian Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Sophiris Bio from April 2011 to January 2020, where they held the role of COO and Head of R&D. In 2010, they briefly owned their own company, Ahulme Biopharma Consulting. Before that, they worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals for 14 years, starting in October 1995 and ending in October 2009, in the role of Exec VP. Prior to Elan, they worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Principal Clinical Research Scientist from 1990 to 1995.

Allison Hulme began their education in 1982 at the University of Bedfordshire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Combined Sciences. Allison completed their undergraduate studies in 1985. Following this, Allison attended Cranfield University from 1985 to 1988, undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnology.
