Nala Key Kovach

Nala Key Kovach is an accomplished External Affairs Manager with a robust background in community engagement and animal conservation. Currently serving at AEP Ohio since January 2023, Nala previously held similar roles at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium from May 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included connecting donors to conservation efforts and leading employee giving campaigns. Earlier career experiences involve coordinating animal conservation projects in Africa and gaining hands-on animal care experience. Nala holds a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Anthropology from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
