Adrian Moise is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in digital design, software development, and talent solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Aequilibrium Software Inc. since April 2012, Adrian leads a studio focused on meeting the evolving needs of consumers. Previously, as Principal at Hire2Fit, Adrian applied extensive expertise in building and leading successful teams for major companies, including UbiSoft and Electronic Arts. Other notable roles include Director of Program Management at iQmetrix, Director of Project Services and Innovation at Blast Radius, and Program Manager at Microsoft, where Adrian contributed to significant advancements in product development and user experience. Adrian holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, emphasizing organizational leadership and innovation.
