Fallon Salinas

Fallon Salinas, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in research and product development in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Fallon currently holds the role of an Experienced Research and Product Development Scientist at General Mills and Aequor Technologies since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Food Scientist at The National Food Lab, Inc. and Eurofins from August 2021 to March 2022. Fallon also has experience as an Executive Assistant Operations Manager at Alternative Laboratories from November 2020 to March 2021.
