Lucy Rees

Lucy Rees is the Head of People and Culture at aer studios, with previous experience as the Chief People Officer at newicon and the People & Culture Manager at Six. Lucy has a background in business accounting with a CIMA certificate from Kaplan Financial and studied Business Studies at St Brendans Sixth Form College. At Six, Lucy worked with national and local ambitious clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, BP, and the University of the West of England, creating transformative experiences that connect with people.
