Troy Simmons

Troy Simmons is an experienced Production Reliability Engineer at Aera Energy LLC since March 2006, specializing in well failure research and solutions to enhance production efficiency in various formations. Troy has held multiple roles including Process Lead for the Investment Recovery Team, where responsibilities included leading a team in well abandonments and fostering a process-driven culture. As a Drilling Rig Supervisor, Troy managed on-site drilling operations, emphasizing well planning and problem-solving. Troy also contributed to drilling safety for Aera-operated leases and previously held safety roles at KS Industries, as well as mechanical design positions at Lencioni Associates. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
