Kathy Wiederkehr

Kathy Wiederkehr is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Flare Industries, LLC since January 2010, Kathy has held prominent HR roles at DJO Surgical from December 1995 to January 2010, Code Alarm, Inc. from September 1994 to December 1995, and Kewaunee Scientific Corp. from May 1991 to September 1994. Earlier in the career, Kathy worked at Martin Decker, Sweco, Inc., and APC Industries, where responsibilities included compensation and benefits supervision and employee relations. Kathy holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
