Jorge Sanchez Hidalgo

Jorge Sanchez Hidalgo has a diverse range of work experience in the aviation industry. Jorge is currently working as the Safety, Risk and Compliance Manager at Aerialoop since 2021. Previously, they co-founded and managed imPROS Ecuador, where they led a multinational team in delivering improvisation-based training experiences to over 28 clients in Ecuador.

Jorge was responsible for developing and implementing the company's safety management system and conducting root cause analysis for reliability and safety issues. In 2007, Jorge worked as an Analyst at Quadrex Associates, where they collected data on airport operations and identified safety hazards, providing recommendations for operational safety improvement.
