Joseph Kiely

Joseph Kiely, PMP has worked in various roles in the field of finance and program management. Joseph began their career at Lockheed Martin in 2007, where they completed the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), gaining experience in program planning and schedule management for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program.

In 2010, Joseph joined Deltek as an IPMR Senior Consultant, where they implemented earned value management software and provided training on its usage. Joseph worked on defining client requirements, developing data architectures, and ensuring compliance with earned value contract performance reporting standards.

Since 2012, Joseph has been working at Aero Simulation, Inc. In their role as Senior Earned Value Manager, they successfully implemented Deltek's Cobra/wInsight IPMR software and developed ASI's EVM system description and internal procedures. Joseph conducted surveillance and maintenance on ASI's earned value system, continuously improving its operation and ensuring compliance with ANSI/EIA 748B and related government standards.

Most recently, Joseph has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Aero Simulation, Inc. starting in June 2022.

Joseph Kiely, PMP has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stetson University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Joseph has obtained several certifications. Joseph is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since October 2011. Joseph also holds a certification in Interviewing Techniques from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2022.
