Kelly Mayer

Kelly Mayer has worked in various roles in the field of human resources and organizational psychology. Kelly began their career as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist Intern at Hollard Insurance in 2014. Kelly then moved on to become an HR Consultant and Industrial/Organizational Psychologist at Hollard Insurance in 2015. In this role, they contributed to the development and implementation of human resources strategies. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an HR Business Partner and continued to utilize their expertise in industrial/organizational psychology. In 2019, Kelly joined Aerobotics as the Head of People, where they are responsible for managing and overseeing the company's HR functions.

Kelly Mayer attended King David Linksfield High School from 2003 to 2007. Kelly then enrolled at the University of Johannesburg from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
