Frank Hills is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in equipment and instrumentation design for research projects. Currently at Aerodyne Research since November 2005, Frank holds responsibilities for advising scientists on electro-mechanical issues and is involved in the Safety Committee. Previously, Frank served as a Senior Staff Designer at the MIT Lab for Nuclear Science from February 1991 to November 1995, focusing on components and instrumentation for experiments and facility upgrades, and acted as the primary interface for manufacturing. Frank began their career at GE Aircraft Engine Division as a Senior Designer from November 1980 to November 1990, working on engine development and prototype technology application. Frank's education includes technical certifications in Mechanical and Electro-Drafting from U Mass Lowell and ITT Technical Institute-Massachusetts between 1977 and 1980.
