Brock Hindman has a strong background in aerial firefighting and piloting. Brock began their career at AeroFlite Aerial Firefighting, where they served as the Q-400 Chief Pilot starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of RJ-85 Chief Pilot from January 2017 to December 2022. Before joining AeroFlite, Hindman worked at the US Forest Service as the USFS Leadplane Pilot from May 2011 to January 2017.
Brock Hindman completed their education in aeronautics and aviation, with a focus on operations and business management. Starting in 1999, they attended Rocky Mountain College, where they pursued a degree in Aeronautical Science. Following this, they enrolled at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2010 and completed their Master's degree in Aeronautical Science in 2016. Their field of study throughout their educational journey remained focused on aviation and aerospace operations.
