As Managing Partner at Sweetwater Capital, LLC, Scott focuses on middle-market private equity in Western North Carolina and the Southeast. Previous roles include President & CEO of Cane Creek Cycling Components, President of Festiva Development Group, and Engagement Partner at Kaplan CFO Solutions. Scott began their career with positions at Carolina Financial Group LLC, TestAmerica, and Sagaponack Partners, LP. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
