Amanda Minimi (Baethke)

Amanda (Baethke) Minimi has worked in the healthcare industry for several years. Amanda began their career at CareCentrix in 2014 as an Analyst in Provider Operations. After a year, they were promoted to Senior Analyst in the same department and held this position until January 2016 when they became the Manager of Network Management. Amanda worked as the Manager for almost a year before joining Aeroflow Healthcare in January 2017, where they assumed the role of Strategic Partnerships. After a year and a half, Amanda was promoted to the Director of Corporate Development at Aeroflow Healthcare in August 2018.

Amanda (Baethke) Minimi has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. Amanda also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from William & Mary. In addition, Amanda has obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in January 2017.
