Marshall Staton

Marshall Staton, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Marshall worked as the Director of Human Resources at Aeroflow Healthcare from August 2018 to present, where they were responsible for managing the HR department and providing personal customer service. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Aeroflow Healthcare from March 2017 to August 2018. Before joining Aeroflow Healthcare, Marshall worked as a Recruiting Manager, specializing in Accounting & Finance, at Aerotek from 2014 to 2017. Marshall originally began their career as an Associate Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from 2009 to 2014.

Marshall Staton, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Marshall has also obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
