Federico Soler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Federico started their career as a Communications intern at MP Marketing Group in 2009. Federico then worked at Procter & Gamble as an HR- Employee Communications & Culture specialist from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Sigma Alimentos as Trade Mkt - Comunicación Comercial from September 2011 to February 2012. Federico then moved to L'Oréal as a Corporate Communications professional from February 2012 to November 2012. In 2013, they joined PepsiCo, where they held positions such as Internal Communications Partner - Business Transformation Latin America from February 2013 to July 2016, and Communications & Change Manager, Latin America from August 2016 to January 2018. Currently, Federico is working at Aeromexico, where they have held various roles, including Communications Sr. Manager from February 2018 to February 2020, Head of Internal Communications & Talent Acquisition from March 2020 to January 2021, Head of Talent Management I Acquisition, Development, and Internal Communications from January 2021 to December 2021, and currently serves as the Talent Management Director.
Federico Soler completed their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied Ciencias de la Comunicación until 2015. Federico has also obtained several certifications, including Service Innovation, Executive Influence, Inclusive Leadership, Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA Environment, Strategic Agility, Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, and Management 1. Additionally, they received certifications in Desarrollo Humano from FAPRODO Consultores and in Design Thinking & Innovation from CEDIM México, both in 2015.
