Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Roon supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Roon focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Roon advanced self-sovereign finance solutions. Roon's leadership at Energy Web as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO contributed to creating decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector.
