Josef Menashe

Josef Menashe's work experience includes positions in various companies and industries.

Josef started their career in the Israeli Air Force as a Team Leader, overseeing maintenance and overhaul activities on jet engines.

After their military service, they joined Cobham Life Support - ACR Products, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Quality and Director of Operations Support. In these positions, they implemented quality systems, drove lean culture change, and ensured compliance with industry standards and government requirements.

Following their time at Cobham, Menashe joined Teledyne as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Teledyne Oil & Gas. Josef led a quality/lean transformation culture change across multiple international manufacturing sites.

After Teledyne, they worked at JYM Quality and Engineering Services as a Principal Engineer, providing engineering, quality management, and Lean Six Sigma project solutions.

Josef'snext role was at GBI Intralogistics Solutions as the VP of Quality and Production Engineering. Here, they were responsible for ensuring quality and production engineering processes in their intralogistics equipment and software.

Currently, Menashe is the Director of Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement at Aerospace Technologies Group.

Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as quality management, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and project solutions. Josef has demonstrated a strong ability to drive culture change, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

Josef Menashe has an extensive education history with a focus on quality management and supply chain. Josef obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University in the years 1986 to 1989. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Quality and Technology from Nova Southeastern University, completing it between 1993 and 1995.

In 2009, Josef attended Florida International University - College of Business to earn their APICS/CSCP certification, which stands for APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional. Additionally, they completed a Six Sigma Black Belt class in 2012.

Alongside their academic achievements, Josef Menashe also earned various certifications that enhance their expertise. In 1996, they obtained the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certifications from the ASQ (American Society for Quality).
