Brad Irish has a diverse work experience in aerospace testing, engineering, and certification. Brad started their career in 2000 at Ahntech, Inc. as an Engineer/Work Center Supervisor, where they troubleshooted and repaired items and provided technical leadership and training to lower-level technicians.
In 2006, they joined EWA GSI as an EMI/EMC Engineer, where they applied engineering principles to research and design electronic/electrical products and systems. Brad also provided technical assistance and recommended solutions for instrumentation problems.
In 2013, Brad joined Honeywell Aerospace as an Engineer, where they were responsible for testing and running the Environmental Lab and Electro-Magnetic Interference Lab. Brad conducted various tests and measurements to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Brad also held the role of Avionics/EPS Group Lead in the same company.
