Chad Koele

Chad Koele has been with Aerotek for over twenty years, starting as a Technical Recruiter in 1993. Chad was promoted to Director of Business Operations in 1995 and then to President of Engineering & Sciences in 1999. In December 2019, they also assumed the role of President of EASi, Aerotek's engineering and sciences solutions division. Chad is responsible for leading sales, practice and delivery of EASi’s sciences and engineering solutions, as well as overseeing the growth, strategic development and financial performance of Aerotek’s Engineering & Sciences business unit. Under their leadership, both divisions have seen significant growth and success.

Chad Koele has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
