Latonia Curtis

Latonia Curtis has been with Aerotek since December 2007 and currently holds the position of Recruiting Operations Manager. In this role, Latonia manages and leads fulfillment in the Los Angeles operations, partnering with Directors and other business partners to drive regional and company initiatives. Latonia also works as an Account Recruiting Manager/Recruiter Lead, handling key accounts in Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Call Center environments. With experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, Latonia ensures the best placements for clients and contractors. Prior to Aerotek, Latonia worked as a Sales Rep at Vector Marketing in 2003. Latonia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
