Noel Petersen has over 21 years of experience in strategic sales, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Sales Development at Aerotek, a role focused on transitioning expertise into Learning & Development. Previously, Noel held positions including Strategic Account Executive and MSP Engagement Executive, where responsibility included managing multiple National Accounts within the Healthcare & Financial Business Services portfolio and developing corresponding strategies. Noel’s experience at Aston Carter includes serving as Director of Strategic Sales-Health, leading a team to drive growth for significant health clients, and as Healthcare Account Executive, focusing on the development of customer growth strategies for national healthcare customers. Noel holds a degree in Communications and Marketing from Northern Arizona University, earned in 2008.
