Ashley Riser

Ashley Riser is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations within the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as Corporate Public Relations Manager at AeroVironment since February 2023, Ashley leads media relations efforts, writing press releases and coordinating interviews with executives. Prior to this role, Ashley was In-Space Communications Lead at Aerojet Rocketdyne, managing communication functions for in-space propulsion and power portfolios. Ashley's previous experience includes Communications Manager at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation and Senior Communications Manager at Aerospace Industries Association, where impactful communication and media relations strategies were developed. Early career experiences include roles as an Independent Conference Producer and a Public Relations/Media Intern, supporting conference creation and PR initiatives. Ashley Riser holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Advertising from the University of Central Florida.
