Wayne Delapas

Wayne Delapas is an experienced management professional with a comprehensive background in operations and project leadership. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Assistant Operations Manager at The AES Corporation since October 2017, Wayne has a strong foundation in the automotive industry from a 19-year tenure at Toyota North America as Project Manager, focusing on powertrain projects and inventory management. Early career experience includes roles as Purchasing Manager at American Fiber Resources and Buyer at BF Goodrich Aerospace, along with military service as Aviation Supply NCO in the United States Marine Corps. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Fairmont State University, anticipated to be completed in August 2026.
