Bill Stephens

Bill Stephens, PE has over 25 years of work experience. Bill started their career as a Process Engineer at CEI Co Ltd in 1995 and then moved on to Hayward Pool Products as a Process Engineer in 1999. In the same year, they joined Dell as a Senior Process Engineering Consultant and worked there until 2009. Bill then joined Nissan Motor Corporation as an Engineering Manager in 2014 and held various managerial positions, including Production Manager and Senior Engineering Manager, until 2019. Currently, they are working at AESC as the Senior Manager of Quality and Process Engineering, and has held roles such as Senior Manager of Project Planning and Director of US Project Planning. In 2023, they became the Director of Regional Quality Assurance at AESC.
