Shannon Kinney

Shannon Kinney currently serves as Head of Partner Management at Aescape, a lifestyle robotics company focused on wellness innovation since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shannon was Head of Account Management at Arist from March 2021 to October 2023, where notable achievements included leading the Customer Success team through a successful Series A funding round while maintaining a 91% customer satisfaction rate. Before Arist, Shannon worked as a Customer Success Manager at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) and delivered significant ROI for Enterprise and Strategic clients. Shannon's earlier experience includes roles at Fundera, where a successful track record in sales development and account management led to a promotion to Senior Account Executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Susquehanna University, alongside study at the University of Otago.
