Nicole Lin has a wealth of work experience. Nicole began their career in 2005 as an HR Associate Administrator at TSMC. In 2006, they moved to Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) as an Associate Researcher. In 2011, they became the B2B Sales Director at XUE XUE INSTITUTE. In 2013, they joined Leo Burnett as a Senior Account Manager. In 2014, they founded their own business, N's FABRIC, where they developed concepts and creative ideas for craft objects, prototyping, and production. In 2015, they were the Marketing Director & Special Assistant to the Dean at Taipei Medical University. Finally, in 2020, they became the Marketing Director and Special Assistant to the Founder at Aesop Technology, where they lead and executes marketing strategy for international social and press communication, plans and designs features and UI for new product development, and leads and executes marketing strategy for the international exhibition, Demo Day, fundraising events, etc.

Nicole Lin received their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from National Chung Cheng University between 2003 and 2005. Nicole has also obtained several certifications, including "Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts" from Coursera | Google in June 2021, "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" from Coursera | Google in May 2021, "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera | Google in May 2021, "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" from Coursera | Google in April 2021, and "AI For Everyone" from Coursera in August 2019.
