Prior to that, Jared held leadership positions at Rivian and Mueller Water Products, emphasizing safety, process improvement, and team development while managing production schedules and personnel. With experience in both production supervision and specialized roles, including a Combat Marksmanship Instructor in the United States Marine Corps, Jared brings a diverse skill set and a strong background in operational excellence and team leadership across various industries.
