Micha Winter

Micha Winter has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles, currently serving as Team Lead for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as Team Lead for Invoicing at Aethon.nl since November 2017. Prior to this, Micha held the position of Senior Employee at GGN Mastering Credit, where responsibilities included coaching and leading a team focused on processing incoming communications and driving process improvements. Micha's career at PostNL spanned from 2001 to January 2016, culminating in roles such as Senior Employee in Back Office O2C Operations, where leadership of the back office team was key, as well as serving as Team Manager. Micha's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Media and Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies, both obtained from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
