Indu Wickramaratne has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2012. In 2021, Indu began working at Aetonix as a Workflow QA and Support, where they test and evaluate new and existing Care Pathways to identify, log and report bugs and other user experience issues using agile methodology. They also help troubleshoot errors found during testing and work with clients to support Care Pathway development and implementation. Additionally, Indu began working at Multiview Financial Software as a Financial Software Specialist, where they provide outstanding customer service throughout the support process, handle complaints, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Prior to 2021, Indu worked at Kivuto Solutions as a Product Support Specialist - Texidium, where they managed, cataloged book deliveries and configured books, courses and schools. They also managed and lead a team who performs quality assurance on eTextbooks and assisted the Texidium management team in organizing, reviewing and formatting documents.

Indu's first role was at MAS Capital (Pvt) Ltd as an Information Technology Support Specialist, where they provided thorough support and problem resolution for customers, processed inbound and outbound technical support calls at a 20% faster rate than team average, and built and maintained successful relationships with service providers, vendors, and consumers.

Indu Wickramaratne completed a Master of Science (MSc) in IT Management from the University of Wolverhampton, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Computing from the University of Wolverhampton, and attended Royal College Colombo. Additionally, Indu Wickramaratne obtained an ISTQB Foundation Level 2022 Complete Training certification from Udemy.
