Murat Ozbas

Murat Ozbas currently serves as the Director of Analog Design at Aeva, Inc., leading the design of analog hardware for FMCW LiDAR and overseeing the development of custom silicon roadmaps. With extensive experience in hardware engineering, Murat previously held leadership roles at L3Harris Technologies and Sony, focusing on the development of software-defined radios and IC design for image sensors, respectively. A strong background in mixed-signal design is evidenced by roles at Synaptics and Atmel, where Murat managed teams dedicated to sensor designs and analog circuits. Educational qualifications include a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Boston College.
