Ryan Going

Ryan Going is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in photonics and optical systems. Currently serving as Photonic Module Engineering Manager at Aeva since May 2021, Ryan has previously held significant roles at Infinera, where contributions included enabling record 800G ICE6 coherent transmission demonstrations and leading high-speed DVT teams in coherent optical testing. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master of Philosophy in Micro- and Nanotechnology Enterprise from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
