Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various roles. As the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale previously served as the Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together from April 2021 to June 2023, focusing on health and human services. Prior experience includes Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where health insurance was reimagined, and Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. Ale has a background in freelance design, helping early-stage companies create brand experiences, and co-founded The Handsome Pig, developing product concepts and business strategies. Additional experience includes working as a designer for Rehilete Estudio Creativo, contributing to projects for clients like Universal Music Group, and developing brand strategies for ecotourism communities in Oaxaca.
