Emanuel Peperas

Emanuel Peperas has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Emanuel is currently the Director and Head of Digital Development at Afa Försäkring since October 2023. Previously, they worked at PostNord as the Head of Delivery Solutions from June 2022 to October 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager and Function Head Portfolio, Risk & Quality at PwC Sweden from October 2021 to June 2022. From January 2020 to October 2021, they were the Head of Development at Skandikon Administration AB, where they were responsible for various IT functions and was part of the IT Management Team. Earlier in their career, they worked at H&M in multiple roles, including IT Service Responsible and Staff & Sourcing Responsible. Emanuel also has experience as a Technical Solution Responsible, Technical Project Manager, Lead Database Administrator, and System Developer at H&M. Prior to H&M, they worked as a System Developer at Kabel e:Solutions AB, Mind AB, and Ericsson. Overall, Emanuel has a strong background in IT management, digital development, and leading cross-functional teams in the IT industry.

Emanuel Peperas attended HKD (Högskolan för Kreativ Datavetenskap) from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Computer Science. In 2015, they pursued additional education in Management, completing programs at Gaia Leadership and Neuro-Leadership. Additionally, in June 2018, Emanuel obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
