Sara Kilander

Sara Kilander has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara has held several leadership roles in insurance companies, including Acting Head of Claims and Head of Occupational Injury Insurance at Afa Försäkring. In these positions, they were responsible for managing claims settlement and overseeing a team of claims adjusters. Sara has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Ciovea and held board member positions at Export Music Sweden AB and Stim Direkt AB. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Stim, where they served as the Director of Rightsholder Relations, Acting HR Director, and Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Sara has experience in supply chain management and strategic project management at RSA Scandinavia (Trygg-Hansa - Codan). Sara began their career at Regeringskansliet, Finansdepartementet, where they held roles as a Senior Administrative Officer and a trainee. Sara also worked as a consultant in bank and finance at Adecco Sverige and as a bank clerk at Nordea.

Sara Kilander's education history is as follows:

From 1996 to 2001, Sara attended Uppsala University, where they obtained a Magisterexamen degree in the field of Nationalekonomi (Economics).

Between 1995 and 1999, Sara also attended Uppsala University and completed a Högskolexamen i juridik (Higher Education Diploma in Law) program.

In 2023, Sara enrolled in Crisp to pursue a degree in Agile Leadership.

From 2020 to 2022, Sara attended the MiL Institute and completed the MiL-programmet för erfarna chefer (MEC) program with a focus on leadership.

In 2016, Sara participated in a program on Professionellt Styrelsearbete (Professional Board Work) organized by Michaël Berglund Board & Leadership Services.

During 2013 and 2014, Sara took part in a program on Ledarskap genom personlig utveckling (Leadership through Personal Development) offered by Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.

In 2006, Sara completed the Finance for non-financial managers program at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.

From 2000 to 2001, Sara studied Economics and Finance at The University of Göttingen.

In 2006, Sara attended Gällöfsta Perlan Ledarskap to obtain a UGL (Basic Group Leadership) certification.

In 2007, Sara completed the Teamledarskap (Team Leadership) program organized by M-gruppen.
