Ali Mukhtarov

Ali Mukhtarov possesses extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Head of the Finance Department and Chief Accountant at AFB Bank OJSC since April 2010, where responsibilities also include leading the Budget Division. Prior to this role, Ali Mukhtarov worked at Azkreditbank from March 2007 to April 2010, holding positions as a Risk Manager and Auditor. Ali Mukhtarov holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Customs from Azerbaijan State Economic University, completed between 2001 and 2005.
