Emolot Allan David

Emolot Allan David currently serves as a Leadership Facilitator at Makerere University’s Julius Nyerere Leadership Centre since November 2022 and chairs the AfCFTA Youth Advisory Council, where strategic vision and advocacy for youth representation in the continental trade agenda are priorities. Emolot has held significant roles including Research and Development Project Manager at Peace Together Uganda since August 2019, Regional Program Coordinator at YouLead Africa from May 2022 to September 2023, and National Coordinator for the African Youth Charter Hustler Uganda with the African Union Youth Division until May 2023. Emolot's earlier experiences include research roles at Makerere University and World Vision Uganda, as well as a leadership position as Guild Vice President at Uganda Christian University. Academic qualifications include ongoing studies in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies at Makerere University and a Master's in Local Governance and Human Rights from Uganda Martyrs University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Development Studies from Uganda Christian University.
