Valentin Verhaeghe

Valentin Verhaeghe is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Responsable des ressources humaines at AFEJI since December 2023. Previously, Valentin held the position of Responsable des ressources humaines itinérant at Howdens Cuisines, where responsibilities included providing HR guidance across the North of France and Belgium. From January 2019 to January 2023, Valentin served as HRBP / Responsable Recrutement et Mobilité at PARTENORD HABITAT, focusing on a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, career management, and labor law. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant en Recrutement RH at LHH, managing recruitment for major clients and leading diversity initiatives, and serving as an Officier de Police Judiciaire in the Police nationale. Valentin Verhaeghe holds a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from IAE Bordeaux and a Licence de droit in Droit pénal from ENSP.
