Eric R. Ludwig has been an advisor and investor to various companies since 2021, assisting with fundraising, strategic direction, CEO/CFO advisory and product development.

In 2013, they became an Advisory Board Member for Xamarin, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2016 for approximately $450 million. In 2014, they became an Advisory Board Member for Vetter Software, which was acquired by DaySmart Software for $20.

From 2005 to 2015, they were Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Finance and Assistant Secretary; Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance and Assistant Secretary, and Director of Finance at Glu Mobile, which was sold to Electronic Arts for $2.4 billion. Eric R. also became an Advisory Board Member and Seed Investor for Bonsai (YC W16), a global operating system for freelance labor with $4.0m ARR.

Eric R. Ludwig attended Brophy College Preparatory from 1984 to 1987, and then Santa Clara University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a BS in Commerce with a minor in Accounting.
